Return Process

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
